Article 2

Offer and order

SiaFlora sells lasting artificial-flower bouquets, with or without a vase. The product page forms part of the offer and shows the main properties, price and available version. You receive a confirmation after ordering. Obvious pricing or product-information errors are not binding.

Article 3

Product properties, unique bouquets and custom work

SiaFlora bouquets are arranged by hand, so limited differences in position, bend, spread and placement may occur. Dimensions and colours can also vary slightly because of shape, materials, light, photography and screen settings.

The product page states whether a vase is included or optional, the relevant dimensions, viewing direction and whether collection is required. A one-off bouquet is not automatically custom work. The statutory withdrawal period may be excluded only for products genuinely made to the customer's personal specifications and when this is clearly stated before ordering.

Article 4

Prices and payment

Consumer prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs and available payment methods are shown before checkout. Payment is normally made in full when ordering; separate written arrangements may be made for individual custom work.

Article 5

Shipping, delivery and collection

Current shipping options, costs and expected processing or delivery are shown before checkout. Large or fragile bouquets or vase combinations may be collection-only, as stated on the product page. Regional delivery may be available by arrangement. Use the contact page for practical questions.

Article 6

Cooling-off period and withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day after receiving an online purchase. Withdrawal can be exercised through the website's online withdrawal function or by an unambiguous message to hello@siaflora.com. The custom-work exception described in article 3 remains applicable.

Article 7

Returns and refunds

After withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to return the product. Normal direct return costs are paid by the customer and the product must be packed carefully. The product may be inspected only as needed to establish its nature and properties; demonstrable loss of value caused by further use may be deducted.

For full withdrawal, SiaFlora refunds the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within the statutory period. SiaFlora may wait until the product is received or proof of return is supplied.

Article 8

Damage, incorrect delivery and statutory warranty

A product must meet what the customer may reasonably expect from the order and product information. Statutory warranty applies. Report damage or an incorrect product promptly to hello@siaflora.com, preferably with the order number and clear photographs. A request to report transport damage within 24 hours helps investigation but does not limit statutory rights.

Article 9

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to agreements with SiaFlora. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Dutch or applicable European consumer law.
