Which data do we use?
SiaFlora is a trading name of Temppro VOF, located at Oeverlanden 61, 9606 RR Kropswolde, the Netherlands. The personal data we process depends on how you use the website.
When you place an order
We use your name, email address, delivery and billing address, order details, fulfilment choice, payment status and technical payment references to process and deliver your order. Mollie processes the required payment and fraud-prevention data. SiaFlora never receives your card number, CVC or online banking credentials.
When you contact us
We process the details you provide by email, WhatsApp or the contact form. An optional photo is used only to answer your question; technical metadata is removed before storage.
When you subscribe or share feedback
We use your email address for the updates you choose. Survey responses and comments are processed only when you submit them yourself. You can unsubscribe at any time.
When you save a favourite
Functional storage and an anonymous visitor ID may be used to remember favourites and preference context without an account. This does not by itself start marketing tracking.
Section 02
Why do we use this data?
We process personal data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or on the basis of your consent for newsletters, Analytics and other activities that require it.
Section 03
How long do we keep data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary, unless the law requires a longer period.
- Order and invoice data: for the order and the statutory administration period.
- Contact questions: while needed to handle the question and reasonable follow-up.
- Contact photos: no longer than six months and earlier if the linked contact is deleted.
- Survey responses: no longer than twelve months.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Aggregated consent counts: 25 months.
- Analytics: GA4 event data for up to 14 months and Clarity recordings for the configured project retention period.
- Favourites: until you remove them or the storage is no longer needed.
Section 04
Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers for hosting, payments through Mollie, delivery, email, security and, with your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They receive only the data needed for their task, with appropriate contractual and international-transfer safeguards where required.
Section 06
External websites and social media
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or other websites are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of those parties. A normal external link does not by itself mean that party tracks you on SiaFlora.
Section 07
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, unauthorised access, alteration and misuse. No website or internet connection can guarantee absolute security.
Section 08
Your privacy rights
You may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. Email hello@siaflora.com. We may request sufficient information to verify your identity.
Section 09
Changes
SiaFlora may update this statement when the website, our services or applicable law changes. The current version and its update date are always shown on this page.
