About SiaFlora

The story behind SiaFlora.

I’m Sigrid, and I create hand-arranged lasting bouquets with artificial flowers for SiaFlora.

The first bouquet

My last living plant became the beginning of SiaFlora.

Artificial plants and a few individual artificial flowers already had a place in my interior. Only one living plant remained, and I mainly found its care impractical. I wanted something for that spot that suited both me and my home better: a large artificial bouquet.

I composed that bouquet myself. While searching for the right combination of flowers, colours and shapes, I discovered how much difference a good balance makes. What began as a solution for a place in my own home became the starting point for SiaFlora.

Colour in balance

From natural tones to colour with character.

I have always preferred calm, natural tones. While creating new bouquets, I gradually discovered how beautiful expressive colours can be when they are combined with care. That balance between calm and colour increasingly guides every SiaFlora bouquet.

Colours that strengthen each other

A bouquet can remain understated in soft natural tones, but it can also combine yellow, orange and red, blue with white, or burgundy with lime. The colours do not need to match as long as they form a clear whole.

Balance in shape

Tall and low flowers, calm lines and looser shapes come together in a bouquet that feels lively without becoming restless. The space between the flowers is part of the composition too.

Made for a place

A dining table calls for a different bouquet than a sideboard or reception desk. Size, viewing direction and vase determine what fits.

From idea to SiaFlora

A wilted bouquet gave the final push.

During dinner in a beautifully styled restaurant, one thing caught our eye: a bouquet in a lovely corner had clearly seen better days. A small detail, but a good example of how much difference flowers make in a room. That is where the idea arose to create my lasting bouquets for others too.

SiaFlora lets me focus on flowers, interiors and styling, something I have always loved. I take great pleasure in playing with colours, flowers and shapes and seeing them come together in one bouquet. The shop is still at the beginning and can grow step by step.

A collection in motion

Room to discover.

The collection deliberately starts with one-off bouquets. This gives me room to explore different colours, shapes and sizes and discover what resonates. Bouquets that have found a home remain visible for inspiration and may later inspire permanent collections.

You can save bouquets you like with the heart icon, making it easy to find your favourite colours and combinations later.
